Sales Policy

• Signs are tools to communicate the price of a product. They have a price and an expiration date. The price stated on the sign is good until the expiration date. Even if the sign has not been taken down the price on the sign will only be honored until the expiration dated stated.
• All prices shown on signs and tags are subject to change without notice.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities.
• We sell to individuals and do not sell to dealers, businesses, or other organizations that intend to buy our products for resale.
• The products shown in our Ads are for illustration purposes only and do not represent the items offered for sale.
• Sales on reduced or clearance products are final and not eligible for return.
• Products marked with a “DATED” sticker are product that will soon reach or have already pasted the “BEST BY” date listed from the manufacturer.
• Perishable products such as meat, deli, bakery and produce that are marked down are for immediate consumption.
• Sales that have LIMITs are for products in which the store has a limited amount to sell. Limits are to insure more customers have the opportunity to enjoy the sale. If the limit is for one that means each customer may buy one during the sale period.
