Cook Time: 15 MIn.
What you need:
* 1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 3/4-in. thick
* 2 tsp. Cajun or Creole seasoning blend
* 2 medium green or red bell peppers, cut into quarters
* 2 tsp. vegetable oil
* 1 pkg. (5.5-8 oz.) Cajun or Creole rice mix with seasonings
What to do:
1. Press 1-1/2 tsp. seasoning blend evenly onto beef steak. Toss bell peppers with oil and remaining 1/2 tsp. seasoning blend.
2. Place steak in center of grid over medium, ash-covered coals; arrange bell peppers around steak. Grill, uncovered, 13-16 min. for medium rare (145°F) to medium (160°F) doneness and until peppers are tender, turning occasionally.
3. Meanwhile prepare rice blend according to pkg. directions, omitting oil or margarine.
4. Carve steak into slices. Serve with peppers and rice.

* Cook's Tip: To broil, place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2-3-in. from heat. Broil 9-12 min. for medium rare to medium doneness, turning once.
